These are our standard prices, not a teaser rate. A one bedroom flat is £207 for a full end of tenancy clean. Carpets and ovens are priced separately, because not everyone needs them.

Regular housework is £22 per cleaner per hour weekly, or £24 fortnightly. A one off deep clean is a team job: from £186 (two cleaners, three hours, plus £30 for kit and materials). Minimum charge on one off work is £67.
Working in Southwark
Southwark's stock is a genuine three-way split. There are surviving Georgian townhouses in squares such as Trinity Church Square and West Square, most subdivided into flats with original staircases and boards intact; there are very large post-war council and ex-council estates through Walworth and the Old Kent Road corridor; and there is a decade of new-build towers at Elephant Park, Bankside and along the river. Warehouse conversions in Bermondsey and around Union Street add high-ceilinged open-plan flats with exposed timber and brick.
Southwark runs 31 separate controlled parking zones covering roughly 60 per cent of the borough, and their hours are not uniform: West and South Walworth run Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm while the Bermondsey zone runs Monday to Sunday 8:30am to 11pm.
The northern half of the borough sits inside the Congestion Charge zone and all of it is in the ULEZ, so a van crossing from Walworth into Borough during charging hours carries a cost that has to be priced in.
Ex-council blocks along the Old Kent Road and in Walworth commonly have one small lift serving a whole core, and out-of-service lifts are frequent enough to plan around on upper-floor jobs.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
